Archana Shivhare joins as Director of Marketing.
Horus Music, the global music distribution and label services company, ended 2017 just as they started it – by building on their recent success, expanding internationally, and adding to their growing team.
The company is now proud to announce Ms. Archana Shivhare as the newly appointed Director of Marketing. This role will see her enhancing Horus Music and it’s sister brands to ensure continued success and to drive opportunities for clients. She will be in-charge of the entire strategy planning and implementation along with looking after the global branding for the company.
Archana brings along with her over 15 years of combined leadership experience in industries including entertainment, real estate, hospitality and event management. She has spearheaded the marketing, public relations, digital marketing, pre-sales, CRM and business development for some of the most renowned brands in these industries.
Horus Music is incredibly excited to see her implementing these strategies and believes she will have a big impact on the development of Horus Music and it’s services.
Founder and CEO Nick Dunn says: “I am delighted that Archana has been able to join our family. With her years of experience and success in marketing I know we can move forwards with more confidence, renewed vigour and achieve even more for our labels and independent artists.”
“Marketing costs are high and for many of our clients, including established labels, things are getting harder. So with our marketing services and support I am pleased we can help in their future success and Archana will be central to that vision.”
Nina Condron, Director of Horus Music said: “We are all really pleased to be adding Archana to Horus Music. She has a wealth of knowledge in marketing and has a real hunger to help our artists and labels; from those that have been in India a long time wanting to improve their overall market share and those entering the territory for the first time.”
“It’s an exciting market with tons of opportunity and with the addition of Archana, alongside the previously announced Malini Hariharan and Trupti Kudalkar we can exploit those opportunities to the max. Not only is Archana extremely well connected in marketing, she’s also genuinely one of the nicest people in music.”
In 2017, Horus Music became only the second music company, after Shazam, to win the coveted Queen’s Award for Enterprise for their efforts in International Trade.
